Return Policies
Pro-Photoshots.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A $5.00 Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
- Returns will not be accepted for improper care, washing, or damage due to no fault of Pro-PhotoShots.com.
- Exchanges are not accepted for items that were ordered incorrectly such as wrong size or color without prior authorization by Pro-PhotoShots.com.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Pro-Photoshots.com is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $100.00, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured. Free shipping excludes bulk orders. For bulk orders, an RA number must be obtained by either email or calling Pro-PhotoShots, and obtaining authorization to return orders, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Customer pays for all return shipping charges.
